Southern and middle parts of Mon State is becoming intensify fighting between joint military allies group and junta force, and the allies side last night launch attacked in Thanbyuzayat ( Zopbuu) township checkpoint gate and one local village administrator get wounded along with some other military soldiers, while one military outpost in southern part of the State which border to Tanesserim Division fell into the hand of the allies armed group known as Joint Revolutionary Force, said NMSP-AD spokesperson. The two front offensive operations along highway roads at the same time caused more restrictions on the travelers.
The village headman who cooperated with the military checkpoint gate and conscripted people for the military recruitment of the department escaped during the two side gunfire exchanged, but the source cannot confirm for real casualty, no one dared to access the sense.
The military checkpoint on the motor highway is very restricted on travelers, most of them have to get out of their vehicle and walk through the gate where the military personnel carefully check if there are any opposition armed group members who disguised as ordinary citizens there.

As military joint forces advanced their activities in the southern part of the State, one big truck in the southern motorway can be seen stopped and the multi-armed joint force soldiers checking around if some junta soldiers inside, according to a video clip uploaded in social media accounts. The southern part of the State highway road is mostly controlled by the joint armed groups composed of Mon armed force, PDF force and their military allies.
According to the statement of NMSP-AD, the military base in Thanbyuzayatt township, on March 17, was attacked by a drone carrying a drop bomb and some junta force killed and wounded. One police chief in Mudone township, Mon State, last week March 15, also ambushed by the NMSP-AD force and two police vehicles destroyed by landmines.
